A brand-new outbreak every time you play — sometimes an epi curve to read and reason from, sometimes a full Part II-style investigation: find the source, name the pathogen, spot the study design, build the 2×2 and work out what it means. Some cases are prevention trials instead, where you figure out whether a vaccine or other measure worked.
